1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Each piece of art is carefully packed and inspected before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, followed by a tracking number when it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping (within India): We offer [standard/expedited] shipping for all orders within the country. Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: We proudly ship our art worldwide. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination, typically between 10-30 business days. Please note that some remote areas may take longer.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your order’s weight, size, and destination and are available at checkout. For orders less than INR 500, shipping rate of INR 150 is charged for domestic shipping.

3. Packaging

  • Your artwork will be carefully packaged with high-quality materials such as protective bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and foam inserts. For framed pieces, we ensure the frame is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

  • Each piece is sent with extra protection to ensure it reaches you in the same condition as it left our studio.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its journey from our studio to your doorstep. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

5. Delays & Shipping Issues

  • While we make every effort to meet the stated delivery times, please be aware that shipping delays can sometimes occur due to factors such as weather conditions, high volume of deliveries, or customs processing (for international shipments).

6. Shipping Address

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at theabstractproject.connect@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you before the order ships.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide us with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will assist you in processing a replacement or refund.

  • Please note: While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for damages caused by mishandling once the package has been delivered.

8. Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges at checkout.

  • Please contact your local customs office for more information on any potential charges before placing an international order.

9. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our art pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
